The location offered stunning sea views which added charm to our stay. Tatiana provided an exceptional massage, with personalized aftercare tips that enhanced my relaxation. Mikela's hospitality was notable. she was attentive and helpful throughout our time there.

Waking up each morning to the panoramic sea views felt like a dream. The infinity pool captured breathtaking sunsets that made every evening special.

Family with children, not quite 5 stars

The views were amazing, just picture-perfect. The pool area was gorgeous, fantastic sun loungers, and a nice pool bar to grab a drink while enjoying the sun.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options and delicious cream cakes. the shuttle service could improve, as the driver often seemed unfriendly. while the pools were enjoyable, there were times when the staff was inattentive with drink orders, which caused some delays. Nonetheless, the atmosphere and overall cleanliness made for a pleasant experience.

Beautifully maintained gardens and outdoor spaces.

Our stay at this so-called 5-star hotel was an absolute disaster. We discovered bugs in our room which is unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. The staff's dismissive attitude only escalated our frustration. they tried to brush off our concerns and gave us a sarcastic remark about bugs, which was both unprofessional and rude.

alia palace has an excellent location, just a short walk to the town with plenty happening. the spectacular infinity pool was a highlight, and we loved the organized transport to town. the food was great and tasty. the gym was really good too, with modern equipment available.
